• Large cleaned Shrimp 1#<br />
• 1 Jar of Mango or Mango Tango Salsa    <br />
• 1 cup cooked rice of choice<br />
• add any steamed vegetables you choose to rice (optional)</p>
<p>In a small frying pan add 1 tbs olive oil and saute shrimp until done.  <br />
Add Mango Salsa of choice and bring to a simmer. <br />
Serve on a bed of rice. <br />
Choose your favorite wine and enjoy!!!</p>

What you  will need:</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">1 loaf Italian Bread, whole<br />
1 jar Channel Island Italian Salsa<br />
cooked chicken, beef or pork-optional<br />
crated Motzarella Cheese<br />
What to do:<br />
Cut the loaf of Italian bread in half lengthwise<br />
Top bread with cooked chicken, beef or pork-optional<br />
Top each  half with Italian Salsa-use entire bottle<br />
Top each with Motzarella Cheese<br />
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and browned<br />
Cut into strips, add your favorite bottle of wine and ENJOY!</td>

For a taste of the Tropics use our <a href="http://redhotfoods.com/site/allproducts/pineapple-salsa/">Channel Islands Pineapple Salsa</a> as part of the marinade.</p>
<p>1 Pork Tenderloin (approx 1 lb)<br />
1 C <a href="http://redhotfoods.com/site/allproducts/pineapple-salsa/">Pineapple Salsa</a><br />
1/2 C Apple Cider Vinegar<br />
1 T Fresh Crushed Black Pepper<br />
1/2 T Ground Cumin<br />
1/2 T Garlic Powder<br />
1/2 T Salt</p>
<p>Combine above ingredients in a large zip bag, mixing well and massaging the marinade into the tenderloin. Place bag in a bowl or container (in case of any leaks) and refrigerate for an hour.</p>
<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) or if grilling preheat the grill. Roast or grill for 30 to 45 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads a range of 160° to 170°.
