Sauteed Shrimp with Mango

 
Quick & Easy Gourmet Dinner for Two     Use OUR Channel Island Brand: 
Mild Mango Salsa
or
Medium Mango Tango Salsa
 
Ingredients:
• Large cleaned Shrimp 1#
• 1 Jar of Mango or Mango Tango Salsa    
• 1 cup cooked rice of choice
• add any steamed vegetables you choose to rice (optional)

In a small frying pan add 1 tbs olive oil and saute shrimp until done.  
Add Mango Salsa of choice and bring to a simmer. 
Serve on a bed of rice. 
Choose your favorite wine and enjoy!!!
