Tropical Pork Tenderloin

 
Tropical Pork Tenderloin   Use: Pineapple Salsa
 
For a taste of the Tropics use our Channel Islands Pineapple Salsa as part of the marinade.

1 Pork Tenderloin (approx 1 lb)
1 C Pineapple Salsa
1/2 C Apple Cider Vinegar
1 T Fresh Crushed Black Pepper
1/2 T Ground Cumin
1/2 T Garlic Powder
1/2 T Salt

Combine above ingredients in a large zip bag, mixing well and massaging the marinade into the tenderloin. Place bag in a bowl or container (in case of any leaks) and refrigerate for an hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) or if grilling preheat the grill. Roast or grill for 30 to 45 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads a range of 160° to 170°.
